Return/Refund Policies
Return & Exchange:
If received item is defective & needs to be exchanged for the same, contact & request replacement within 14 days. If you would like to exchange for a different one return the original item& place new order for item you'd like to purchase.
Damaged Items:
If item is defective & you need to exchange call for replacement. If item is damaged due to poor packaging please let us know about packaging.
Wrong Item:
If you received wrong item, contact us.
No Returns on:
Gift certificate; missing label items, health & personal care items, grocery products. C.C cannot accept returns of items purchased from other merchants. Any item returned with sign of use will pay 80% of items price.
To be eligible for a refund return item 15 days from receipt, note reason & insure shipment for the value of merchandise with a signature shipping service.

Shipping
Chateau Charmant will ship through USPS. All orders will go out within a week of receipt of order. If there is a back order you will be notified immediately.
If you return an item & the reason for the return is not a result of our error the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
