Acid Stain

Yesterday we acid stained the kitchen in Brittany's suite.  It was exciting to see it turn into a stone look, somewhere between a green Israeli jasper or an Italian jade granite.  Next time I will check out more stone photos before I begin the process of making something look like stone.  The place I like best in the floor are under the fridge and in the bathroom under the toilet!  Is that because I felt free to experiment and be bold in those places that wouldn't show.  It's hard to trust our artistic ability, but when we do, beautiful things happen.  No problem...  I have ideas for the studio kitchen, which I will do next month.
